  • Absolutely — many of our guests arrive on their own and the retreat becomes a space to meet like-minded souls, form genuine connections and share in the experience together. at the same time, it offers room to turn inward and honour solitude, allowing the journey to unfold in the way that feels most honest.

  • The retreat is held at Arc Peaks. There are multiple ways to arrive including driving, train and flight:

    Driving distance from:

    London — 3 hours / 174 miles
    Manchester — 45 mins / 28 miles
    Birmingham — 1 hour 25 mins / 66 miles

    Nearest airport:

    Manchester — 30mins / 19 miles

    Nearest train station:

    Macclesfield — 20 mins / 8 miles (2 hours from London, 20 mins from Manchester).

    If arriving by public transport, we can help organise a transfer to and from the station/airport.

  • Check-in: 4pm

  • No, all levels of all ages above 18 are welcome including both beginners and advanced practitioners and everything in between. Everything we offer is optional. The Autumn Peaks Retreat is about slowing down time, an invitation into nature, away from the hustle.

  • A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your spot. £300 will then be deducted from your full room rate and the remaining balance is to be paid via bank transfer.

    payment plans are available, as long as:
    — 50% is made by 17th July 2026 (90 days prior)
    — 100% is made by 16th August 2026 (60 days prior)

  • A deposit is required to confirm your spot on the retreat — please note, this is a non-refundable, non-transferable £300 payment. the remaining balance after deposit is 100% refundable if cancelled before 16th August 2026 - please see full terms + conditions below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Autumn Peaks Retreat, Arc Peaks | 15 –18 October 2026

    These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the “Participant”) and Autumn Peaks Retreat (hosted by Mai Izumitani & Zoë Harris) (the “Organisers”) for attending the Autumn Peaks Retreat in England. By booking a place, you agree to the following:

    1. Bookings & Payments

    A non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your place.

    At least 50% of the total retreat cost must be paid by 17th July 2026 (90 days before the retreat).

    The remaining balance is due by 16th August 2026 (60 days before the retreat).

    If payments are not received by these dates, your booking may be cancelled and any payments already made forfeited.

    2. Cancellations by Participant

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    Cancellations made before 16th August 2026 will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.

    Cancellations made on or after 16th August 2026 are non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant with prior written approval from the Organisers.

    3. Cancellations by Organisers

    If the retreat must be cancelled by the Organisers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. minimum numbers not met, natural disaster, political unrest), you will receive a full refund of payments made, minus deposit.

    The Organisers are not responsible for costs incurred by Participants (e.g. flights, visas, insurance, transfers).

    4. Travel & Insurance

    Participants are responsible for arranging their own transport, visas, and travel to the retreat venue.

    Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical treatment, cancellation and Covid-19 related events) is mandatory.

    Proof may be requested.

    5. Health & Wellbeing

    By booking, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga, breathwork and retreat activities.

    Please inform the Organisers of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other relevant health information before booking.

    Participation is at your own risk; the Organisers are not liable for injury or illness.

    6. Retreat Experience

    The schedule is subject to change in response to weather, group needs, or other factors.

    Participation in activities is optional — you are encouraged to listen to your body and honour your own pace.

    7. Liability

    The Organisers are not responsible for:

    Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

    Injuries sustained during retreat activities.

    Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions.

    You accept full responsibility for your health, safety, and personal property during the retreat.

    8. Photography & Media

    Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat and used for promotional purposes.

    If you do not wish to appear, please inform the Organisers before the retreat begins.

    9. Code of Conduct

    The retreat is intended as a supportive, respectful, and inclusive space.

    Behaviour that is disruptive or disrespectful may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

    10. Agreement

    By booking your place at Autumn Peaks Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
