UK CUSTOMERS

All orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 1 week of purchase.

PICK-UP OPTION

There is an option at checkout to collect your piece free of charge from Mai if you are local to London. The postcode for this is in NW8 as of 7 August 2025 unless discussed otherwise. An email will be sent out to you to confirm date & time if you choose this option once the item is ready to pick up.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders are shipped within 5-10 business days.

MAIZU is now shipping internationally to most EU countries, U.S. & Canada via UPS.

Due to new US tariffs as of 2025, please note customs have significantly increased and is the buyer’s responsibility to cover these costs.

Please note that you may be charged with import taxes and customs of which both are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a small independent business, MAIZU cannot accept any returns or refunds.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged/broken, please email hello@maizustudios.com so a replacement can be shipped out to you. Please note that a replacement may not always be readily available and will follow a made-to-order process with a lead time of approx. 4-6 weeks.

Please be aware that MAIZU does not hold any responsibility for:

• incorrect/incomplete addresses which may result in the shipment being returned, in which case the buyer is responsible for return fees.

• lost or stolen packages or items that have been left unattended.

• any customs or import taxes that may be charged.
