All orders placed within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 4-6 business days of purchase.

PICK-UP OPTION

There is an option at checkout to collect your piece free of charge if you are local to Hoxton, East London. An email will be sent out to you to confirm date & time if you choose this option once the item is ready to pick up

If you would prefer to pick up your piece from a different location in London, please send a direct email request to hello@maizustudios.com with your order number and I will try my best to accommodate this for you. Please note this may not always be possible depending on postcode and availability.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders are shipped within 5-10 business days.

MAIZU is now shipping internationally to most EU countries, U.S. & Canada via UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Please note that you may be charged with import taxes and customs of which both are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURNS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As a small independent business, MAIZU cannot accept any returns or refunds.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged/broken, please email hello@maizustudios.com so a replacement can be shipped out to you. Please note that a replacement may not always be readily available and will follow a made-to-order process with a lead time of approx. 4-6 weeks.

Please be aware that MAIZU does not hold any responsibility for:

• incorrect/incomplete addresses which may result in the shipment being returned, in which case the buyer is responsible for return fees.

• lost or stolen packages or items that have been left unattended.

• any customs or import taxes that may be charged.
