MY YOGA JOURNEY

I stumbled across my first yoga class ten years ago. The more I went back over the years, the more it evolved into a place of self-exploration and discovery. Every wobble, faceplant and fall were humbling lessons - they became the building blocks to the support system that yoga now plays for my mental and emotional well-being.

Since passing my teacher training in 2019, I have felt it is my duty to teach you the magical tools that I have learnt to integrate into everyday life. My classes encourage you to drop self-judgement and expectation of how you show up to the mat and instead, show you that yoga is a practice rather than perfection where we have this incredible opportunity to learn, to grow & let go.

I entirely believe that we arrive onto the mat with completely different bodies and all walks of life and that is the beauty of yoga - there is always something for every body no matter our past experiences.

Ten years on, I still learn something about myself every time I step onto the mat and I am sure you will too.
